Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. However, we offer emergency assistance and support 24/7 for our members in case of need.

Yes, we offer accompaniment and translation services for appointments both at private clinics and IMSS. We ensure that you receive the necessary support at any medical institution you choose.

Although we are not an emergency medical services company, we offer assistance and coordination in emergency situations for our members. We can help you contact emergency medical services and coordinate necessary transportation and accompaniment.

Yes, translation and language accompaniment services are included in the membership. We ensure that communication between you and your medical providers is clear and effective.

We accept payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfers, and cash payments. We also offer monthly, quarterly, or annual payment options for added convenience.
